VoiceIndia is an Android communication app. This page explains what we collect when you create an account, talk to a listener, or request a payout.
What we collect
- Phone number and the profile details you choose to share (name, photo, hobbies, and similar fields).
- Call and chat metadata needed to connect, bill, and support a session (who called, duration, status).
- Wallet, gift, referral, and payout records tied to your account.
- KYC documents and status if you apply as a listener.
- Device identifiers used for app updates, session security, and fraud checks.
- Reports you submit about other users, and the outcome of those reports.
How we use it
We use this data to run the app: sign-in, matching, calls, chat, wallets, KYC, payouts, safety review, and product support. We do not sell your contact list or call content as a marketing list.
Who can see it
Other users see the profile you publish. Operations staff can see accounts, KYC, reports, and payment records in the superadmin console. Payment and KYC vendors see only what they need to complete a transfer or check.
Retention
We keep account and ledger records for as long as the account exists and as required for tax, dispute, and safety review. You can ask for account closure through in-app support.
