By installing VoiceIndia and signing in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or start a call.

The service

VoiceIndia lets users chat and call listeners who are online. Listeners can earn when they take sessions. The app is for consenting adults. You must use a phone number you control.

Accounts and roles

One Android app serves users and listeners. Your role after login depends on the account we issued. Superadmin access is web-only and is not part of the consumer app.

Payments

Wallet charges, gifts, and listener payouts are final once a session is completed, except where we reverse a charge after a proven fault or abuse. KYC can be required before video calls or withdrawals.

Acceptable use

Do not harass, scam, impersonate, or record a call without permission required by law. Do not try to bypass wallet charges, KYC, or account blocks. We may suspend or close an account after a report or an automated check.

Availability

Calls need a working network and, in production, our media servers. We do not promise that a specific listener will be online or that every call will connect.
